GETTING YOU STARTED
Starting from initial concept, we can help bring your building to life. We have in-house architects and engineers who provide counsel on conceptual design, permitting, construction drawings, aesthetics and constructability. MSG video conferences to provide corrections and changes in real time. We facilitate project design and advise on permitting and city processing.
GETTING OUR HANDS DIRTY
We work with you on all aspects of design and construction. We have in depth knowledge of design and construction and can anticipate potential road blacks, and how to move forward.
Once we help you finalize a design out an acceptable design, we establish a project budget with a contingency and rough schedule. We will assist in soliciting bids from General Contractors. We will vet contractors and advise you on capability, staffing, and experience, and scope reviews to ensure selected contractor did not “miss” anything. We will review the bids to confirm the project scope matches their proposal. We will advise and involve the owner in the selection process.
Once we award the contract, we will work with and report on the general contractor progress. During this time we will participate in weekly construction meetings, track scheduling, onsite activities, perform site visits, and ensure quality constructability. We will manage change orders, review and approve pay applications and invoices, and perform other services as required.
WRAP IT UP
We will confirm that construction work is complete and that substantial completion dates remain firm.
